I recently had the opportunity to ask Jessey Y some questions about her wonderful journey as a ballerina. She graces the stage so elegantly and with poise and grace, her dedication and passion for ballet is incredible. Below are her responses.

Q5: How did you first get involved in ballet?
My mom used to be a figure skater and now she’s a judge. She wanted to me to become a figure skater as well, but she understood that ballet is a fundamental of Figure Skating. We couldn’t find good ballet school where I lived so I started rhythmic gymnastics when I was in first grade. My coach told me that whether I want to become a rhythmic gymnast or figure skater, I need to take ballet classes, so I joined the new ballet school that opened in my neighbourhood. Since then, I’ve been doing ballet.

Variation from Giselle Act One
Q7: What company would you love to work for?
My dream is Royal Danish Ballet, but I’d love to work for any kind of Ballet company because at the end of the day, if I can Dance and share the love for ballet with others, that’s all I want💕
