I recently had the opportunity to ask Chelsea Marriott some questions about her journey as a ballerina. Chelsea is an incredible dancer, she graces the stage with poise and grace, her passion and dedication for ballet is unparalleled. Below are her responses.
Q1: When did you start ballet?
I started Ballet 3 years ago
Q2: Where do you currently dance?
I dance at Rogerson Elite Classical Training
Q3: How long have you been en pointe for?
I have been en pointe for 2 years
Q4: What pointe shoes do you currently wear?

Q5: How did you first get involved in ballet?
I was going to a jazz school and decided I wanted to improve my ballet, then I just fell in love and moved to Rogerson Elite Classical Training
Q6: What is your favourite variation?
Probably Aurora Act 3 or Kitri act 1 and 3
Q7: What company would you love to work for?
Royal Ballet
Q8: Do you have a favourite memory/moment in ballet?
Yes, my favourite memory was when I started full-time… I started with my best friend and then 2 years later here I am
Q9: Who are your ballet roles models? Dancers that inspire you.
Darcy Bussel and Sara Andrlon
Q10: Best advice you’ve ever received from a teacher?
To pick which criticism goes in one ear and out the other and keep the constructive criticism that will help me to improve

Classical Tutu
Q12: What do you like to do when you aren’t dancing (your free time)?
Well I also love horses so in my free time I love doing school work and spending time with my horse
